All our products carry a 30 day money back guarantee. Once a purchase is delivered, customers have 30 days to request a refund. Just return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund- please follow the instructions included in our returns policy.
Returns Policy Details
Returned products should be returned in the same condition as they were received to be eligible for a refund.
Once an order is shipped the order cannot be cancelled. We ship with 3rd party shipping companies and the delivery cannot be cancelled once it is in transit.
** Please note that because of the nature of our personalized products, no refund or exchange is offered – unless we have made an error in the personalization – in which case we will immediately send a replacement. **
** Clearance Products – All Clearance product sales are final. We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on these items**
** Custom Order products – We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on these items**
How does the returns policy process work:
The following steps MUST be followed in order to receive a full refund. Do not return orders any other way as the returned items must be returned as per our directions to receive a refund.
These are the steps to be followed to be sure you are following our returns policy:
- Customer wishes to return a product.
- Customer reaches out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the wish to return a product.
- In the email include the original order info / receipt.
- Manotech Solutions will send instructions on how to return the purchase.
- Customer returns the product to Manotech Solutions using the address provided by Manotech Solutions.
- With the returned package also include the original order info / receipt.
- Manotech Solutions we will provide notification that the returned product was received and inspected (to be sure its in its new unused condition).
- The customer refund is then processed – we will notify you via email that the refund is in process. Customer will then see the refund within 5-10 business days depending banks (depends on credit card company processing time).
If a customer receives a damaged product or a wrong product, contact us and a refund will be provided immediately. Simply contact us and provide a picture of the damaged product and we will expedite the replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Terms
We do not provide “free returns shipping” for products being returned. When returning a purchase, the customer is responsible to cover the return shipping costs for any return. It is recommended that you use a track-able shipping service, of your choice, or purchase shipping insurance.
