Returned products should be returned in the same condition as they were received to be eligible for a refund.

How does the return/refund process work:
These are the steps to be followed for a return/refund:
- Customer wishes to return a product.
- Customer reaches out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the wish to return a product. – In the email include the original order info / receipt.
- Customer returns the product to the supplier using the address on the originally shipped package.
- – With the returned package also include the original order info / receipt.
- As soon as the package arrives at the supplier, the supplier notifies us that they have received the returned product.
- Customer refund is then processed by us – we will notify you via email that the refund is in process. You should then see the refund within 5-10 business days depending banks (depends on banks i.e. international refund or not).
In case of a damaged product or a wrong product, we will refund you immediately, or send a replacement product. You can simply contact us, and provide us a picture of the damaged product and we will expedite the replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Terms
We do not provide “free returns shipping” for products being returned. When returning a purchase, the customer is responsible to cover the return shipping costs for any return. It is recommended that you use a track-able shipping service, of your choice, or purchase shipping insurance.
