COVID-19 Impacts on Shipping and Delivery of Products
As we all know, the world has changed somewhat in the last few months and these changes have impacted product suppliers and shipping companies around the world. Suppliers, shippers, customs agents and everyone in between are protecting their employees by reducing staffing levels to guard against COVID-19. Unfortunately some of these same people who are providing us with essential services are also getting sick and we heartfully wish them a quick recovery and are thankful for their dedication to serving the world during this difficult time!
Unfortunately, COVID-19 is impacting delivery times, making them unpredictable. In some cases deliveries are arriving when expected but at other times delivery times are delayed. Please expect delivery times in the 30 day+ time frame for now. Some deliveries will arrive sooner than that but we don’t want to set unrealistic expectations. We will do our best to reply to emails within 24 hours if you submit a question about your product delivery – please be patient.
These shipping challenges are not only affecting our business, this is a global issue at the moment.
We will do our best to keep our customers up to date on any shipping information related to their purchases.
We also have no plans to change our free shipping policy!

New Products Added in April / May
You may have noticed that we have added many new products in the last few weeks. We hope that you enjoy the new “Home and Garden”, “Pet Supplies”, “Clothing” and “Fitness Products” that we have added. If you are looking for a specific product, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to add it to the store if we think there is enough interest and we if we find a quality supplier.
We have also removed some products, if a product that you were interested is no longer listed – let us know and we’ll try to assist you.
