What are your Shipping fees?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Please refer to each product description for a reference as to where the product will be shipped from.  Purchases shipped from other countries than the destination country may incur additional duties and taxes/fees for which the customer accepts responsibility for upon delivery of the product.

Where do you ship products to?

We offer free shipping to Canada & USA.

Note that some products are only available in specific countries due to supplier shipping restrictions.  Product restrictions will be highlighted on the product page.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We do our best to deliver products as quickly as possible.

We offer free shipping to hopefully offset any inconvenience you may experience in delivery times.

Most orders of personalized products could take from 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.  (Order processing time + time to personalize product + delivery time).

Once an order is placed and processed and ready to ship, we will send an email with a tracking number for your shipment.

 

What is your return policy?

Our suppliers offer a 30 day return policy.  We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guaranteed Refund policy.  Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.

Can you provide more details on your Money Back Guarantee?

Our goal is to provide customers with great products and at the same time offer excellent customer service. This is the reason that we offer a Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product within 30 days for a refund.

Why are some products not available in my country?

You may sometimes see this message when reviewing product information on some products.  This is a message warning that our supplier does not currently ship to your country at the present time, meaning you cannot purchase this product.

We will try to remove these non-shippable products from your view such that only relevent products are available for purchase.

What currency is used for your store pricing?

The default pricing is shown as CAD$ – Canadian Dollars.  Use the “Select Currency” selector located at the bottom of the page, or also located on the sidebar of product pages.

“US Dollars” can also be selected if that is preferred.
