What are your Shipping fees?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Note that we currently ship to customers in 20+ countries.

We ship to Canada, USA, UK, Mexico, Australia, India, Malaysia, Brazil, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium., Ireland, New Zealand, Netherlands and more to come.

Please note that when you place an order our global supplier send your purchase direct from the closest location to you. Purchases may incur additional duties and taxes/fees for which the customer accepts responsibility for upon delivery of the product.

Where do you ship products to?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We do our best to deliver products as quickly as possible.

Expect delivery times of 3 to 4 weeks – shipping is of course dependent on your location.  Shipping times may be shorter but they may also be further delayed due to COVID-19 impacts on shipping companies world-wide.  Please be patient.

Once an order is placed and processed and ready to ship, we will send an email with a tracking number for your shipment.

What is your return policy?

Can you provide more details on your Money Back Guarantee?

Our goal is to provide customers with great products and at the same time offer excellent customer service. This is the reason that we offer a Money Back Guarantee.  We provide a 30 Day return policy on most purchases.  Custom, personalized or special order items are not returnable but we will do our best to resolve any issues encountered with an order.
