    Why is my shipment taking time to be delivered?

    Delivery times typically range from 3 to 6 weeks.  Due to the ongoing pandemic and climate change events that are impacting supply chain and deliveries, the maximum delivery time is 90 days.  Orders not delivered within 90 days of the order being placed are refunded in full, 

    NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED FOR SLOW DELIVERY TIMES. If you require quick international delivery ask us about expedited delivery methods such as courier delivery which will involve additional costs.

    Orders are guaranteed to be delivered within “60 days or Keep It for Free” as we will refund your purchase if not delivered within 60 days from shipment date.

    Just for our customer’s information, here are some reasons that orders can be delayed during shipping:
    -Lockdowns due to COVID-19 outbreaks in locations along the shipping route
    -Shipping backlogs at ports and customs locations due to COVID-19

    Our goal is to provide customers with great products and at the same time offer excellent customer service. This is the reason that we offer a Money Back Guarantee.  We provide a 30 Day return policy on most purchases.  Custom, personalized or special order items are not returnable but we will do our best to resolve any issues encountered with an order.

    What currency is used for your store pricing?

    The default pricing is shown as CAD$ – Canadian Dollars.

    Will installing a window film cause my window to crack or break?

    We have had many people ask if installing a window film will make their window crack. Any window pane can potentially crack due to rapid increases in temperature changes, differences in heat on the glass pane or with extreme heat (with or without window films).

    There are many other factors that can also impact how a pane of glass will react to heat such as does the glass already have a chip or hairline crack, thickness and quality of glass and the design of the window itself (high or low quality – restricting glass expansion) as well as the number of window panes and the gas if any used to improve the R value.

    If in doubt, check with your window manufacturer to see if there are any recommendations or warranty limitations associated with window film.

    If you are unsure, use window film on windows on interior applications and windows that are not exposed to direct sunlight.

    To date we have had no reports of window cracks or breaks due to window films but we cannot say it’s impossible or that it could not happen.

    Note that we are not window film manufactures and take no responsibility if a window cracks or breaks for any reason.

    Why does my tracking status say “Delivered” when I did not receive it?

    When an item is being shipped between international locations or international shipping departments, it is common for the tracking status to say “Delivered”. It simply means it was delivered to the next location in the route to its final destination. There is no reason for concern – your parcel is still in transit.

    Another example is when a order is “Delivered to its Destination”. The destination means it was “Delivered” to its final country i.e. Canada or USA. The next step is then for the order to be processed at Canada Customs. or USA Customs.

    Canada Post tracking typically uses a simple to follow tracking terms once it receives the order from Canada Customs for delivery to customers. If you have concerns, reach out to us and we will check into the status.

    Why does my tracking status say “Returned”?

    When a package is in transit it is common for the parcel to pass between international shipping departments and customs offices. The term “Returned” is often used when a package is sent to an international shipping department for approval, then “Returned” to the earlier department to be forwarded on to the location towards final delivery.

    There is no reason for concern, your order is in transit. If you have concerns, reach out to us and we will check into the status.
